Christoph is a business man and venture capital expert with a passion for selling. In the last 20 years he founded, managed and sold several businesses, structured fonds and investments. He started his career after attaining his master’s degree in economics and science as co-founder and President of his family’s company, the German Institute of Environmental Research & Solution in 1994.
In 2002 he was co-founder and managing partner of SAGE Entertainment Group, running Nightclubs, Restaurants, a Catering company, Record Label and Bartender school in Berlin. Before this he had been Red Bull Sales Manager in Germany being responsible for the first national roll out with the distribution partner network.
In 2005 he founded Sonnencreative a SAGE spin off for distributing and marketing lifestyle products and beverage brands. Sonnencreative was the exclusive distribution partner and marketing agency for Anheuser Busch Budweiser, Vöslauer Water, Tiger Beer, 42below Vodka, Quattro Windsurfing and more in Germany.
He set up Creative Sales Consulting (CSC) in 2010, developing sales and franchise systems as well as structuring and selling fonds mainly for renewable energy projects. CSC developed into a firm to create and implement Marketing and Sales projects with partner-clients.
Tim was senior Marketing Manager at Red Bull for nine years. At first he was responsible for Events, Sports and Culture Marketing in Germany before advancing as Director Marketing in the UK. His most recent role was with the Northern European leadership team overseeing all Marketing across Northern Europe.
His accomplishments include leading the UK marketing team through a major change and turning around the negative consumer trend, bringing the brand back on track. In Russia he developed a new Marketing strategy helping Red Bull Russia to turn around the business.
He has more than 15 years of events experience in Germany and the UK. He organised major public events like Red Bull Music Academy, Airrace or Flugtag. Also he worked in different capacities creating and realising industry events and exhibitions for international clients such as LG, Deutsche Telekom, BMW and others.
Tim enjoys making ideas happen – he started his first business at the age of 17. He is an entrepreneur with vast international Marketing expertise in the UK, Germany and Russia paired with strong organisational and management skills. As a coach for personal development he has a passion for building high performing teams. When Tim isn’t preparing the next springboard for ideas you will find him on an adventure somewhere around the globe.
